Magistry runs the boring (and the hard) parts of my stores for me. The catalog manages its own lifecycle — winners get scaled, seasonal lines vault and revive themselves before the peak. The Google Ads agent optimizes on real profit/POAS instead of vanity ROAS, and the server-side tracking finally gave me attribution that matches my bank account.

The CS agent matches incoming mail to the right order and drafts replies in my own tone of voice, Dispute Shield builds chargeback evidence automatically (won two I'd have written off), and Otto, the built-in assistant, handles messy jobs like importing expenses across multiple stores by asking smart questions first.

Everything runs in approval mode until you trust it, so you stay in control the whole way. If you run a serious DTC operation, this is the most capable Shopify app I've used. Highly recommended.

I was bleeding money on Google Ads and couldn't tell where. Magistry's server-side tracking and POAS bidding showed me which campaigns were actually profitable on margin, not just clicks. Cut my wasted spend by a big chunk in the first month and the Campaign Agent keeps tuning budgets on its own. The fact that it bids on real profit instead of vanity ROAS is the whole game. Wish I'd found it a year ago.

Dispute Shield alone pays for the app. It auto-builds the evidence package for every chargeback, including verified tracking, and submits it. I won three disputes last month that I'd normally have written off because the paperwork wasn't worth my time. Add the feed syndication and reputation monitoring on top and it's a no-brainer for a growing store.

The built-in assistant is shockingly good. I ask it plain questions — "which products are cannibalizing each other?", "import these expenses into the right store" — and it actually does the work, asking smart clarifying questions before it touches anything. Running multiple stores from one dashboard with this much automation used to be a dream. Now it's just my Monday morning
