Llevo un tiempo utilizando esta aplicación y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Es fácil de configurar, funciona de forma estable y cumple perfectamente con lo que promete. Además, la interfaz es intuitiva y se integra muy bien con la tienda. Me ha ahorrado bastante tiempo en el día a día y, hasta ahora, no he tenido ningún problema importante. Sin duda, una aplicación que recomendaría a todo el mundo!
Llevo un tiempo usando esta app para los correos de mi tienda y estoy muy contento. Antes tardaba un montón en contestar y ahora casi todo se responde solo, y lo mejor es que responde bien porque mira el tracking y sabe si el pedido está en camino o ya llegó. Además cada vez responde mejor porque va aprendiendo con el uso.
Lo de los carritos abandonados también me ha sorprendido para bien. Los recupera automáticamente sin tener que pagar otra app aparte para eso. La recomiendo sin duda.
Una app muy buena para automatizar todo el tema de customer service de la tienda. También ofrece un buen servicio en cuanto al email marketing. En cuanto a funcionalidad y uso, es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar, por lo que no tiene complicación alguna. La recomiendo sin ninguna duda.
