About Mailstep Fulfillment
The Mailstep plugin allows you to synchronize your e-shop with the Mailstep fulfillment system, which belongs to the Mailstep software family. This connection will make it easier for you to store, package and send the goods, because you simply will not have to worry about any of it. All data is automatically synchronized in real time. You will save on warehouse rental costs, staff salaries, and equipment. We are ready for even the busiest seasons thanks to the unique technology of a fully automated packaging line.
Basic plugin functions
- Synchronization of the catalog of goods - adding or changing products will be automatically copied, so product information will always be up to date in both systems.
- Automatic sending of orders - orders approved by you will be automatically sent to Mailstep, at that moment the execution of the order on our side will begin.
- Updated status of orders - each order has its status depending on the stage of the process, you will always be up to date.
- Warehouse - all warehouses are updated according to real warehouse and realized orders, whether you have one warehouse or more.
How to activate the plugin?
You install the Mailstep plugin in the same way as other applications designed for Shopify. You will need to enter your Mailstep login information, which is part of a contract with Mailstep. If you have credentials, log in and continue setting up the plugin. If you do not have your access data yet and you are not a Mailstep partner, a sales representative will contact you with an offer to cooperate based on the installation of the plugin.
