Two weeks no support. App wont work. Wrote and not a single repply. Seems the app is dead

We are still waiting for the problem to be resolved. The Amazon servers on which MongoDB runs in the UAE are still not working due to an infrastructure-related issue in the region. You can check the status on the following page: https://status.mongodb.com/.
We only discovered by chance that our salon finder was no longer working. The reason became apparent after reading other reviews, which mentioned server issues.
After several days without any update, we contacted the developer directly but did not receive any response.
While we understand that server outages can happen, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. As a business relying on this functionality, this situation is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on customer support.
