I've been using Marvyn AI on my Shopify store and I'm very satisfied. The chatbot is easy to set up, responds quickly to customer questions, and helps visitors find the right products without my intervention. It has improved the shopping experience and saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner looking for an AI assistant.

This is by far the best AI app we've used so far. It actually trains off of your store and product data, which is a huge deal for us as we sell motor vehicle engines and related parts. I have yet to see any hallucinations because of that and any odd or off behavior is supper easy to correct as there's a super easy to use custom entry section, as well as the option to edit in direct revisions when looking at the chat history.

I also got to talk to George a good bit, awesome guy. If you need anything he is there to help you with it. As I told him I'm thoroughly impressed so far.

It’s a great app, though there’s still plenty of room for improvement. Overall, it stands out compared to other chatbots I’ve tried because of its features and fewer limitations. Communication is smooth, and transactions and feedback are handled efficiently.

Tip: deal with it not as an Ai assistant but as a salesman that can raise your conversion rate and invest your time training it

A little bit glitchy app. It resets to default settings sometimes. But now is okay. Great AI but it just a bit glitchy implementing it. They should add sign up forms integrated into the chatbot.

The settings reset issue you experienced has been due to a recent update we made to improve the load speed which created some temporary cache issues, but should be fixed by now.

Really happy with Marvyn! Setup was super easy and now it handles all sorts of customer questions, even the in-depth ones about my product. I gave it some additional context and it's been answering all questions really well. The cross-sell and upsell thing has been the cherry on top - as it recommends customers add more products to their basket for our discounts to trigger. It recommends products based on what people are asking and I got a few extra sales from it already. Doesn't feel pushy which is nice. It will be super helpful during busy times when I can't keep up with everything. Big thanks to George who walked me through the setup. Made it way easier. Would 100% recommend!
