Great tool and saved a lot of time manually entering shipping on a new site. We provide worldwide shipping, so we have a complex set of shipping rules.
We also encountered an issue that support responded to and resolved promptly.

We’re really pleased that we helped with setting up your new store and moving your shipping rates across. Worldwide shipping can get complicated quickly, so it’s good to hear it saved you time. We’re also glad we could quickly sort out the issue with the outdated provinces.
This plugin cannot retrieve the new shipping template I created, and after purchasing the Plan, only partial success was achieved when importing via CSV
Sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience.
After reviewing your account, the import failures were caused by an invalid API session, which can occur if the app is installed and uninstalled multiple times in a short period. This prevented Shopify delivery zones and methods from updating correctly. The issue is recoverable and would be resolved on reinstall.
We reached out after the app was uninstalled to help, but didn’t receive a response. If you’re open to trying again, I’m happy to personally assist with setup and will also apply a free month to your plan for the inconvenience. Please feel free to reply directly to the support email.
Super useful if you have lots of custom shipping rates that you need to add or update!
You put your rates in a CSV (with countries, regions, price and weight rules), select the profile and locations to apply them to and then import. Nice and simple.
The developer is responsive and helpful.

Sorry to hear you ran into trouble. I wasn’t able to see any errors on our side, and since the app was uninstalled, I can’t check further as Shopify requires us to remove store data. If you’d like to give it another try, I’d be happy to personally help you get set up and make sure everything works as expected.
