This app is truly amazing! It has made many of my difficult tasks so much easier. Deleting unused files is incredibly simple and quick now. The process is smooth, easy to understand, and saves me a lot of time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an easy way to manage and clean unnecessary files
This app works exactly as expected and has saved me so much time in finding and deleting unused files. Total bonus that it can also find images with missing alt text. Highly recommend.
I’ve been using Media Cleanup while working on my Shopify store and it’s been really helpful for keeping my file library organized. It’s surprising how quickly unused images and files start to pile up when you’re building a store, so having a way to identify and clean those up is great.
One thing I really like is how clearly everything is laid out on the dashboard. It’s super easy to see which files are being used and which ones aren’t, and where they’re connected in the store.
The bulk actions work great, and I especially like that deleted files go to a trash folder first (for up to 30 days) instead of being permanently removed right away. Having some time to restore something if it gets deleted by mistake gives a lot of peace of mind.
I’ve also shared a little feedback while testing the app and the developer has been very responsive and open to suggestions, which I always appreciate.
Overall it’s been a really useful tool and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to manage and clean up their Shopify file assets.
