Very quick response and polite people to work with! Whenever I had an issue, we communicated via email, and they responded always within minutes. Whatever technical issue that had occurred within the software was fully resolved within hours. Overall, the customer service is top! I look forward to continued business with them.

This app saved me SO much time in trying to individually download all of my product images from my site one-by-one. I can't believe how easy it was -- and to think I found it through a Shopify support thread looking for a workaround!
