Great membership software, and any issues we have or questions Doug goes above and beyond to help. Such great customer service and great functionality. Really really happy I chose Memberply, it's been a great system change for us and automates a lot of our membership management.

We're so happy we came across this app!
Our store is based in Argentina so we don't have access to Shopify Payments therefore we're unable to run subscriptions, but Memberply solved it! The app itself is amazing and it's in constant progress. Douglas is fantastic, he's open to new ideas and even developed a few suggestions we gave him and improved the dashboard in no time!

Memberply has been a great fit for the unique membership program I’m building. The app gives me the flexibility to offer monthly memberships with store credit, and the support from Douglas has been outstanding.
I needed a custom solution for having memberships renew on the first of each month. Douglas took the time to understand exactly how I wanted the program to work, discussed it with his development team, and offered to build the functionality even though it requires substantial development.
It’s rare to find an app developer who listens this closely and is genuinely willing to improve the app around the real needs of merchants. If you’re looking for a flexible membership and store-credit solution backed by responsive, personal support, I highly recommend Memberply.

So many great things to say about Memberply. I'll start by saying that this works with Shopify's native store credit (and therefore checkout) - this is *huge*, as it means customers can see their credit amount at checkout and in the the new customer accounts page. On top of that, they provide one of the only "fee to store credit" membership options, which is exactly what I am looking for. It makes someone getting a membership as a customer a no-brainer, and unlocks a ton of new sales. Their pricing is fair, and their support is legendary. I submitted one item on their public roadmap and it was moved to 'planned' along with a comment within 24 hours. I'll be sure to update my review in a few months, but at this stage 10/10 for sure.
