I’ve only just started using Merchant AI, but my first impression has been really good. The setup was easy, and it already feels like a useful way to help customers get quick answers while browsing my store. I like that it is built with Shopify merchants in mind, so it feels relevant rather than generic. Looking forward to seeing how it helps as more customers use it and free up support time.
