Overall, super happy with Merch One. It is a good plug in, and offers a great value in products.
I was searching for a POD co. That would easily add to my Shopify platform and handle the shipping at a reasonable rate. This was the best solution I found. The print quality I can happily stand behind ( and I am very picky) I have found a few issues with the mock ups and renderings, but have worked around those issues. I have communicated with Merch one on the issues, and they are working on it.
If you are looking for a good printer, with reliable quality, standard shipping rates and a good product offering. Merch One is the best out there!

Ich arbeite nun seit fast 2 Jahren mit merchone. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Schneller Support und nette Account-Managers, sowie schnelle Lieferzeiten. Es gab keine Probleme, die nicht schnelle gelöst worden sind. Gute Vielfalt an Produkten

Be aware, they charged my credit card after months because they said that they forgot to charge taxes when I placed the orders. I contacted them and explained that they can’t ask merchants to pay for their mistake. No reply so far

I have been working with Merchone for over a year now and am completely satisfied.
They have great products and ship the goods really, really quickly.
If there is an error in printing or if the product is faulty, it is immediately remade.
The support is very fast, competent, friendly and reliable.

I am very happy to have chosen Merchone at the beginning.
I feel very comfortable with them as my fulfillment partner

Seit April 2021 nutzen wir den Service von Picanova. Fazit: Nach einigen Startschwierigkeiten perfekt reagiert! Es gibt noch Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden können, da gehe ich aber von aus, dass das in Zukunft geschieht. Support ist sehr gut!

First I must say, I'm not sure the comments here are real. The application has way too many issues. I can't even understand how other people managed to work with it. The mockups it creates are inconsistent and revert the color of your designs! The uploads take forever. The support is not good either. They respond quickly but for most of my requests their response has been "It works fine here". That doesn't solve my issue as a customer! There 1 open request that they're looking into at the moment and I will see how they handle it and based on that I will reconsider trying again. For now, not worth the days spent.

Volle Punktzahl. Ich nutze Picanova in einem neuen Shop, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf personalisierte Leinwände. Bestellungen werden i.d.R. innerhalb eines Werktages bearbeitet/versendet. Ich kann also guten Gewissens eine Gesamtlieferzeit von 2-4 Werktagen angeben. Das hat bisher immer gepasst. Qualität: Top! Bisher gab es ausschließlich positives Kunden-Feedback und 5-Sterne Reviews. Sample Bestellungen bestätigen den Eindruck. Preise: Die Preise für Leinwände sind sehr gut und lassen gesunde Margen zu. Service/Support: Ich hatte von Anfang an einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner, der mir bei einigen Fragen auch schon weiterhelfen konnte. Würde ich als vorbildlich bezeichnen. Fazit: Bei meiner E-Com Reise ging es bisher selten so entspannt und reibungslos zu wie mit Picanova. Von daher kann ich diesen Anbieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The app is very easy to set up and use. The provided video for the setup also helps to configure the shipping method perfectly. The support is extremely helpful and interested in the customer feedback. We will gladly rely on Picanova to scale our business and expand our collaboration.

This app doesn't work at all. Every step has more and more issues and the integrations are a nightmare. I don't know how anyone could work with this platform.
