Mimeeq 3D Configurator 3D & AR

After adding the Mimeeq configurator to our store, I was impressed by its fast performance and smooth loading times. Our customers can customise products instantly without waiting around. Exactly what we needed for a smooth shopping experience.

We were looking for a powerful, modern and flexible 3D configurator to handle a large variety of options for our product. After reading the other reviews about Mimeeq, we decided to get in touch with them.

After completing the setup process with them, the configurator was already set up very well out of the box with no major changes being required. Due to it being very flexible, it can sometimes be a little confusing, but between the support team and the help documentation, any minor changes that were still required were easily implemented.

We were surprised to receive a "post-go-live review process" mail from them, where they had a look at product page, configurator, and cart settings, and made suggestions on where things could be improved. They had also created an improved copy of the configurator that could be made live with the click of a few buttons, pending our approval. This was just one instance of many where they went above and beyond for us.

If you are a new company with an untested market then the cost of entry can be daunting, but if you want your configurator done right and want to know that the developers behind it is there to support you and will listen to your feedback and unique feature requests, then the costs are more than justified.

The Mimeeq configurator has been a game-changer for our store. We've seen a noticeable boost in inquiries since adding it, with more potential leads being generated. A solid investment for any company with complex products which need to be visualised.

Mimeeq is lightyears ahead on every level. The advanced rules, customization features and the fact that it just "works" has completely changed the game for us.

Also, coming from 2D to 3D was a lot cheaper that I anticipated and the mimeeq team created some unique solutions just for us. Our conversions and order value has jumped substantially and I have had zero down time with mimeeq. I want to mention the load times as well being a concern for me, that has been put to rest as the load times are much faster than other Shopify customizers.
