App cannot be installed without giving developer collaborator privileges. Few months later they installed expensive apps on our store without our permission. The apps that were installed are completely unrelated to the samples app.
We have checked our records and you installed only our app, and we also assisted you with the app setup.
You used our app from October 5, 2025 to January 23, 2026, and during this period we did not receive any support email or chat regarding such an issue.

We needed a product sample app that can create multiple sample options for different product types, and this app delivered. The support was also good as they were kind enough to set up a meeting to go over the problems. We appreciate what they've done so far.
This app solved a big problem in my store. Mini team is responsive and very helpful with any problems. Make sure your cart is working properly after install and let him know if it is not. He will fix it right away.
