This app is awesome for providing my customers with data they need to make informed decisions. The ease with which I can manage and update my metafields is unrivaled to date.
Money grab, shitty app.
You used Mixtable to update over 60,000 product metafields. As explained in our email conversation with you Mixtable updates metafields as fast as Shopify will take the updates, but Shopify has a "speed limit" as to how fast it will accept updates from us or any app. You were unhappy with how long things were taking, but it really wasn't our fault. Mixtable was pushing information as fast as possible within the Shopify speed limits. We were very professional in our exchange with you, even though you were quite rude.
Also, this is a thoroughly unhelpful review. Done seven months after being a paid client on multiple stores, frequently using Mixtable, and remaining of paying client after this review.

If you have bulk editing to do, get this app immediately. The app really shines in its ability to edit almost anything about your product. Bulk editing of simple things such as categories is great, sure. But the spreadsheet functionality is just insanely helpful. Add columns just to store data, run formulas, combine columns . . . it's unbellievable. And then sync it up and seconds later your whole store is up to date. And even more (yes, there's more), you can edit other content that is impossible to do elsewhere, such as metafields! This alone is just a slam dunk. It's impossible to overstate how amazing this app is if you have lots of editing to do.
Fantastic app! Mixtable has saved us A LOT of time updating every aspect of our products using metafields in Shopify. Could not recommend this app enough. The team are super friendly as well, responding within a day always, and open to implementing new features as per your requirements.
Hi, i dont wanna do this. But i cant contact you guys, i sent at least 5 message to you, i really like this app, and after my trail finished, i upgraded my plan, but the 'upgrade' warning still keep poping up, and at your admin panel it still showing that i should upgrade, hope you guys solve this bug, it is making some nagative effects to my working progress right now. I have tried other bulk-editing apps and this one is by far my favorite. You don't have to upload sheets. Everything from your catalog is right there in front of you for simple modifications and bulk edits. We have found Mixtable indispensable. We use it on two of our websites. Shopify is just not set up for large catalogs, but this app makes it possible. And if you have metafields, lots of them, you truly can't live without Mixtable. Thank you for a great app. Oh, and fantastic customer support!!
Without Mixtable I have no idea how would I be able to handle thousands of products at once as Shopifiy's product editing platform does not support things like: filtering in metafields, filtering and adding tags accurately(Shopify's product search is RUBISH, not accurate), assigning/removing products to collections... there is so so many things that you can do here!... in Shopify you can only search in the product description and based on that you can add tags or assign them to collection but in most cases the info you need won't be in the description... This product is so underrated... 10 STARS!!!
We used Mixtable to bulk edit SEO Meta to disable search and search engine indexing of our products. Would have taken forever to edit all our products one at a time but with Mixtable it was a snap!

Dreadful. Every time I used this editor a new issue would arise. It forced me to put all my variables next to each other in the spreadsheet for it to add them as variables and not individual products . Then when I came back the next day they were all separated and had new product titles. The customer service were really unhelpful and take far to long to reply. Simply don't use this app .
As per our email conversation with you, the issue is that you were entering your product titles into the product handle column. We then sent your data to Shopify, and Shopify modified the handles to suit its data requirements. Because two products can't have the same handle, and your handle values had spaces, Shopify created individual products for each variant you were entering. We tried to explain this to you, but clearly could not explain it correctly. This behaviour is what you also get with the shopify CSV importer. Mixtable did exactly what you asked it to do. The help content on our website clearly explains the process for adding multiple variance for new existing products during product creation. Still, we are sad that we didn't deliver to your needs. As for support, we replied to your emails with an hour or so of seeing them. The only delay was on a few emails that you sent us at 2am our time - we are based in North America and you are in the UK.
