UPDATE: Ok after months of complaints from customers, crashes, and push notifications issues I have decided to cancel. Please take your time when deciding to go with an App Developer. I use this app to engage more shoppers and grow my audience. So far it has been great to start, however, the “push notifications” is an issue. Overall it’s a great app and for the price definitely accomplished the mission.

Received a really tempting email asking me to try Hulk App Builder. I’m pretty unhappy with my current app provider and was pretty eager to make a switch, however, when it came time to answer a few simple questions and to schedule a call their sales team fell short of my expectations. They couldn’t really explain clearly how to apply the promotion I was being offered and didn’t really bother to address any of my other questions. The app has great potential but migrating a significant part of my business to a company that can’t be bothered to try to sell me on a couple thousand dollars of annual Billings seems like a big risk to take.
