We could not find a cart upsell app that worked well with our Motion theme and other cart plugins. Monk worked great and the customer support chat has always been very responsive to us.

I had a small issue at checkout at first, but the Monk support team took it very seriously and resolved everything within two days. Now my website works beautifully, and the setup is exactly what I wanted. I love how the offer looks and how many possibilities the app gives me. Great app and amazing customer service!
There is a bit of a user learning curve with the product itself, but the support staff is super helpful and responsive when you do run into any issues.
