Support is frequently praised as fast, proactive, and detailed, with regular updates adding new bundle and marketing options.
Cart drawer upsell module is misleading.
It is pitched as "A cart drawer that keeps selling after the add to cart" yet you can not pull a report showing what additional item sales the feature is generating, only total sales. The generated revenue limit is on total sales not on upsells. So someone comes to my website to buy a $200 product, they decline the add ons the module is pushing.... generated revenue from Moon bundles, $200... makes sense.
Maybe the other modules work better but if you are looking for a way to upsell items in cart I'd look elsewhere.
This was their response when I sent a message asking why it works this way...
"Cause, after a long time, we saw a huge gap between a regular cart and our. For a lot of customers, their CVR and their AOV went higher just using the cart. So we trully think this contribute to the whole package, thats why we count everything"
You can draw your own opinion but seems suspect to me.
