Mothership is the best of the best! Seamlessly integrates products into your store and they have the best customer service. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for this service. The UX is amazing, too.
Mothership Connect helped us to expand our business much quicker by allowing us to onboard manufacturers and their products into our sales channels. I don't think we would have grown nearly as quickly without that ability.
We've been using Mothership Connect now for about 3 years. For us it's been a game-changer in helping us to find valuable partners and growing our business. Being able to find and connect to suppliers/manufacturers has essentially allowed us to setup a custom dropshipping network. This has allowed us to test products and customer response without having to commit significant capital to inventory. MC has been a vital piece of our growing business and helped us grow 5x over the past 2 years.
Great app with a quick and easy setup. Great communication and support. Having this app has been amazing for my business. Have recommended to others.
Trying to get a hold of the Mothership Connect help team. I submitted a ticket from their website and sent emails to support@mothership.fm last week but haven't heard back from anyone. Need to figure out why a supplier's (in-stock) product is shown as OOS and a few other things that are holding up our product launch. If someone on the help team sees this, please get back to me. A native app for drop shipping with Shopify! This app allows Shopify stores to connect to each other and drop ship for each other.
The ability to massively increase product offerings is great. This is a must have app for any business who wants to expand their product catalog.

Mothership is THE solution for connecting Shopify stores. Creates seamless automation between supplier and retailer + above and beyond support from the dev team.
This app is phenomenal. Anyone who wants to do anything with dropshipping needs this app.
Updated: I thought I had used one of the 10 days of free trial staring at a blank screen that says "We'll get back to you shortly". After leaving this review I was contacted by the app developer informing me I had not started the trial yet because I needed to join the program first for that to happen. It would have been nice to be informed of this and I also find it amusing how quickly they contacted me after I left a negative review. I wish they would have been that quick, or even quicker, to allow me access to the program. I'm a busy business owner and I don't have time to keep waiting for access to a program while staying uninformed about the initial process. In business, communication is key.
Not sure about this app as most suppliers have no product available, the one with products I contacted never replied - One I found there website and phone number didn't know what I was talking about... Removed as it's not what I expected.
So far it's been nothing but a nightmare getting started. Whenever I try to use the app, it always says bad gateway. No matter how I try to access it.
Mothership has made our drop shipping experience wonderful! Their customer service is top notch. Andrew answered the call on the second ring and patiently walked me through all of my questions and concerns. After using another drop shipping app, I can tell you, Mothership is the way to go!
Some of you are using this app incorrectly. All mothership does is send out the request. It is up to the supplier to approve it. If they don't check their mail or whatever form of correspondence they have chosen then your request will just sit there. It is up to you to contact the supplier by any means, whether it is facebook, instagram by email or their site. Thats what ive done and it has worked perfectly. My store is integrated with two shop simultaneously and orders come through just fine!
Absolutely terrible application and support. Hours/days wasted tagging products, setting prices, updating images, and changing variant names and they revert back to the originals almost daily. In our Mothership settings, we chose for them NOT to update/track pricing, NOT to update product content (titles, descriptions, etc) and it does it anyway.
I've imported 600+ products from one of the listed suppliers and was working on editing them to fit the aesthetic of my store only to have them constantly revert back with no known answer or help from the supplier or Mothership.
Perfect for everything i need. Wish more vendors were available for my business type, but theres one i use, and it works perfectly.
Great App & Excellent Support. As with every app there is a learning curve but overall this one is simple to use. Installation was a breeze and the settings are very straight forward. Just to be sure I had it set up properly I sent support a message and received a response quickly, to be sure I understood they took the time to do a webinar and walk me through step by step showing me all the great features. Thanks for your help Andrew. 5 Stars
Good app. A few things need to be improved while is normal for anything.
I installed the app but 4 days later I've not had a response
Would give no stars if I could. Installed this app with high hopes of it working for me but never even heard back from anyone. After installing, it said that I would hear back within 24 hours, waited weeks but nothing. Disappointed.
Please cancel my account, not for me at this time.

This app is great. It's for dropship suppliers to connect with dropship retailers.
We are now able to do hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional sales by being able to connect with our dropship suppliers in a very efficient way through Mothership and using Shopify.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SUPPLIER WHICH IS ALREADY USING THE MOTHERSHIP SUPPLIER APP, OR IF YOU CAN'T FIND A SUPPLIER IN THE MARKETPLACE THEN THIS APP IS NOT FOR YOU!
Not sure what app the other reviewers were using (my guess is they are fake). This is terrible, just a listing of stores and over complex interface.
This app is amazing.
This is like Oberlo but from America and from all over -- not limited to Alibaba products from China.
The support from Aaron is awesome and the selection of products that will drop ship from suppliers is great.
This app allows us to expand our product selection tremendously while not tieing up any more cash flow on inventory.
