Dates come from your own cutoffs, processing days, delivery days and the days you do not dispatch. The admin shows its working step by step, every skipped day named. Put the block on every product page, or only on products with certain tags or collections. One shop-wide calculation, not one per country. No third-party storefront requests, and no leftover code when you uninstall.
