We’ve been using this app to send invoices to our customers, and it’s been really solid. It has plenty of useful features, but still feels simple and easy to use. Customising the templates to match our brand was straightforward, which was important for us. It helps keep everything looking consistent and professional. Support has been brilliant as well. The team responded quickly and even helped with a custom change we needed. Overall, a very reliable app that does exactly what we need. Would definitely recommend it

Their support team is also fantastic and helps promptly with any questions we have - Jay was especially helpful in finding a resolution for us.

Really good. An extra option would be great where we can send the unpaid order an fixed invoice and to the paid order just a receipt and a different mail without the ask to pay the due amount.

You need to install this! I installed this app yesterday and I was ready and mentally prepared to SUFFER because these kinds of apps are often cumbersome and tedious to set up. But not this one! It was so easy, fast and I was done with the set up in NO TIME! You can adjust the invoices to your needs - which is especially important to merchants with proximity to the EU. You get access to the code of the invoice - which is good, in case the EU comes up with another requirement, we can just put it in there. You can either send them through the app OR attach them to your Shopify notifications! I decided to attach them to the Shopify notifications and it works like a charm! Pasted the code to the Shopify Order Confirmation Code (it was super easy, I don't code and even I was able to do that because you get instructions WHERE to put that code in), saved send test email! And it works flawlessly! I contacted customer service and they are so sweet and kind! Truly amazing customer service! Thank you Ivy and Team!

Very good invoicing app. Many customizations can be made directly by the user, and if specific requirements arise, these can also be implemented in the code. If something cannot be achieved, the support team is always helpful and, upon request, also carries out adjustments and provides the corresponding templates.
