I installed this app and the customer service was great. I set up very quickly and they have a very detailed tutorial to help. Our products are now listing on Google.

Felt a bit scammed. Joined when it was free, and was suddenly asked how much do You want to pay by support. I then responded I thought it was free, and got the feeling I was being squeezed.
In the end I was given freemium, but then got a notice I had to pay after all. I asked if this was correct and wanted to find out how much i had to pay. No response. I switched multifeeds for google, which costs much less and support is impecable...
Casa is now uninstalled.
If you are looking for a solid solution for your product feed to Google merchant center look no further. The team at Casa helped us to set up their app and even helped us with some minor adjustments in order to support our Shopify markets configuration.

At first I thought the app was good. But the feed kept on spinning and nothing works. I uninstalled and the rep told me they had to debug so I waited for many weeks. It was terrible to wait. Finally I was able ti reintall. After that, I still the same spinning problem with the feed. The guy tested it, claimed it worked. I just tested today and the same spinning ball again. I am sick of it and emailing them 30 times. Unreliable service! I am moving on. Thanks for the help but no thanks!
