All bar codes they generate start with 0, google doesn't accept these bar codes, which means all your products will be flagged, and not showing on GOOGLE!!!. yes, they will show in shopify and you can scan them, BUT THEY WILL NOT SHOW ON GOOGLE SHOPIING!
Hi there, thanks for bringing that up.
Google Shopping normally requires something called GTIN barcodes (aka EAN and UPC). These are codes that must be purchased from an organization called "GS1", and are guaranteed to be unique worldwide.
However, in cases where you do not need GTIN codes, you may simply toggle an option to say the product is "custom", under the Google Shopping channel settings. This should make Google approve the products.
It doesn't really matter if the barcodes starts with 0, or if it has a specify number of digits. It has to do with the requirement for GTIN barcodes.
Please reach out to our support, and we'll provide more details on how to toggle the custom product option.
Amazing app using it since 2 years and never faced any issue. since i had never encountered and issue so can't tell about the support team.
I can't Change the Currency to match to the store currency !, so all price shown as your store price but in $ currency!
Hi there! It is possible to change the currency, in the label customization area.
It applies the store currency by default, when a new template is created.
We can also customize how the price is formatted, like the thousand separator, decimals and more. Please contact our support, and we will assist with that.
