MultiLikes（マルチライクス）は、「全てのコンテンツをお気に入り登録を行う」をコンセプトとし、商品だけでなく、ブランド・店舗・コレクション・ブログ記事・ページなどのストア上のコンテンツをまるっとお気に入り登録できるお気に入りアプリです。（スタッフ・コーデのお気に入りなども対応可能） 一般的なWishlistアプリでは商品のお気に入りが中心ですが、MultiLikesを活用頂くことで「お気に入りブランド」「お気に入り店舗」「気になる記事」など、顧客の興味関心をより広く収集できます。 取得したお気に入り情報は顧客データに格納されるため、Shopify FlowやAPI経由で外部サービスと連携することで、顧客ごとに最適化されたCRM施策を実現できます。 たとえば、お気に入りブランドの新商品案内、店舗限定イベントの告知、関連記事の配信、再入荷・キャンペーン通知などのパーソナライズされたセグメント配信に活用でき、購入前後の接点づくりやリピート促進（CRM施策）の中心に置くことが出来ます。※お気に入り登録には顧客ログインが必要です。
- 商品・ブランド・店舗・コレクション・記事・ページなど、ストア上全てのコンテンツをまとめてお気に入り登録できます。スタッフ・コーデも対応可能のため問い合わせ下さい
- マイページや専用ページで、自分が登録しているお気に入り情報の一覧を表示し、再訪問や比較検討、購入を促進できます。自社アプリ上での「お気に入り登録」とも連携可能
- お気に入り情報は「顧客データ」（顧客タグ・メタフィールド）に入るため、それぞれの「お気に入り」を横断して、パーソナライズ施策（CRM施策）やセグメント配信可能
- Shopify Flowの各種「トリガー」「アクション」の提供をしているため、自社アプリ・APIを使用した外部基幹システムとの連携も考慮した設計です
