We use it to create custom feeds with metafields data incorporated. A very reliable solution. Support is fast and very helpfull.

Die App funktioniert weiterhin für bestehende Nutzer und wurde bereits auf die neue OTTO Product V4 API angepasst. Auch wenn das neue Feature "Versandprofile" nicht unterstützt wird, kann man diese direkt im OTTO-Backend einrichten.
Wichtig zu wissen: Da die Versandprofile nicht direkt über die App synchronisiert werden können, bietet die App keine 100%ige Synchronisation bzw. vollständige Funktionalität.
Ich ziehe meine vorherige Kritik daher teilweise zurück. Die Kommunikation mit dem Support war erneut sehr hilfreich und transparent – danke an Ivanna für die ausführlichen Antworten!

Update 14.03.25 – Entwickler haben einfach keine Lust auf Anpassungen!
Ich bin absolut enttäuscht! OTTO führt eine neue Funktion für Versandprofile ein, und anstatt die App anzupassen, entscheiden sich die Entwickler einfach dafür, die OTTO-Integration komplett einzustellen. Nicht, weil es technisch unmöglich wäre – sondern weil sie anscheinend keine Lust oder Zeit haben, die notwendigen Anpassungen vorzunehmen. Das ist höchst unprofessionell und unseriös!
Ich habe wochenlang daran gearbeitet, meine OTTO-Anbindung zu perfektionieren, und jetzt wird einfach der Stecker gezogen, ohne eine echte Alternative anzubieten. Händler werden eiskalt im Stich gelassen! Wer eine langfristig stabile Lösung sucht, sollte definitiv die Finger von dieser App lassen!

Ich nutze die App, um meine Produkte bei Otto zu integrieren und bei Google Shopping hochzuladen. Am Anfang war ich etwas überfordert und wusste nicht, wo ich anfangen sollte. Aber der Support hat mir sofort bei der Einrichtung geholfen und alle meine Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ein großes Lob an den Support – wirklich top!
Es gab zwar ein paar kleinere Fehler in der App, aber die wurden immer super schnell behoben. Ich bin auch beeindruckt von den vielen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, die die App bietet. So kann man den Feed und die Integration ganz nach den eigenen Bedürfnissen personalisieren. Die App läuft insgesamt sehr gut und ich bin rundum zufrieden.
Zusammengefasst kann ich die App nur weiterempfehlen. Bis jetzt hatte ich nur positive Erfahrungen und wenn mal ein Problem aufgetaucht ist, wurde es durch die Entwickler sofort behoben.

The app works well for us. The support team is quick and happy to help with any questions or adjustments on the feeds.
Only downside: There are a lot of adjustments that can not be done on customer side, but need assistance from the support team = not so flexible.

I am using Mulwi Feeds to list all the wines for sale in my shop. Since my product names contain a lot of information that really needs to be split into separate fields in the feed, I had to learn Liquid to automatically extract the needed fields from the product names. It took me about 3 days to get it working, but now it's just great.
Perhaps Mulwi support would have done this for me if I asked, but I didn't.

basic feed upload, easy to setup. However it lacks advanced features like title optimization and substitution, ai product enhancements etc.

The app is very easy to configure and works perfectly for the order import from Otto to shopify. However, it is not easily possible to transfer the return number back to Otto, which is why it is only of limited use to us.
However, if you don't need this function, this app is ideal. Also because of the excellent support. Ivanna and Denys have always answered all questions very quickly, competently and patiently, thank you very much for that.
