Cuts down fake COD orders — highly recommend
Since installing MTN, we now get an early view of which orders are likely fake or have a low chance of being delivered, which has been a huge help. Setup was easy and didn't take much time. Since using it, our return/RTO rate has noticeably dropped. Support has also been quick and knowledgeable whenever we've reached out. Would definitely recommend this app to other Shopify store owners dealing with COD fraud or high return rates.
