MYDO drafts replies to your LINE inquiries, and only what you approve is sent. When a customer messages your LINE Official Account, MYDO drafts a reply from your Shopify product data and the guides you upload, then sends it to a LINE account for you and your staff. Approve it in LINE, or open the editor and type one instruction — "shorter", "mention returns" — to rewrite it. It also drafts restock notices, follow-ups and step messages. Using another LINE tool? MYDO passes each message on to it.
