Paige is the AI sales agent I didn't realize I needed until I had her installed.

Shoppers can ask her to find pieces by size, color, or silhouette, and she pulls from the actual catalog. The part that surprised me is how naturally she handles complex prompts. A customer can tell her they are going on holiday and need pieces for a few different evenings, and she will assemble suggestions across the store. They can upload an image of something they already own and ask her to find pieces that pair with it. For a brand built on modularity, where pieces are designed to be combined, layered, and reassembled, this is exactly the kind of guided experience my customers need.

Setup was straightforward. The dashboard is clear, the briefing process with the brand voice let me shape how Paige speaks about the work, and I had real control over where she appears on the site. Multiple icon styles and placement options meant I could place her in a way that fits the visual register of the store rather than fighting it.

For an atelier model where every order begins with a conversation anyway, having a thoughtful first point of contact built into the storefront has changed how I think about discovery. Worth every consideration.
