Bulgarian law (Наредба Н-18) requires every online shop that accepts card payments to issue an electronic receipt for each paid order and to file a monthly XML audit file (Приложение 38) with the National Revenue Agency. NAPdesk handles both automatically. Each paid order receives a compliant receipt with the required QR code, emailed to the customer.
