Before the customer service could even enjoy his first coffee, I already pestered Guido with several questions. He helped me very sweetly and competently. I have rarely experienced such great customer service. 5 stars for Guido and his perfect customer service.

We depend on this app 100% for thousands of listings ... it is wonderful , better than just how good the up is ... is the customer support , fast responding and really doing what it takes to solve any issue . This app saved us so many hours of work and effort each day and the customer / tech support are awesome +++++customer service oriented

I obtained this app to help keep my Etsy, Shopify and Amazon listings synced. I am beyond happy with the customer service from this company. And this app is very powerful. I'm learning something new everyday. I haven't been able to sync my Amazon listings because I'm not a Pro Seller and I'm still tweaking the process with which i import orders to Shopify from Etsy I've been able to link to my facebook, pinterest, twitter and tumbler. Thank you so much for making this app!! Great job!

Customer service is rude and unhelpful. This is also the only app on the market that can’t sync orders correctly. When multi item orders sync they get broken out into multiple orders.

Please understand that our response times are aligned with European business hours, which may result in delays for users in different time zones.

Regarding our "order transfer" feature, it is still currently marked as "Beta" as of May 2022. Despite this, it does enable the transfer of orders to Shopify, generating one order in Shopify per each order line created in connected channels. We acknowledge that there is room for improvement, and we are actively working on enhancing this feature. We will keep all users informed of updates through our monthly newsletter.

It is important to note that while order transfer is a part of our offering, Nembol primarily focuses on easily listing products and syncing inventory, which are the key features we market.

My experience has been pretty great. Nembol does what it claims to do, has responsive chat customer service through the website, and overall offers a ton of value with both listing and inventory sync. ________________________PROS___________________________________
-Syncs with channels reliably (Shopify, Etsy and Ebay for us)
-Manages stock numbers without hiccups (So far, not a single problem, which is frankly amazing given my experience with several other options for inv counting)
-Customer Service is friendly and responsive-- consistently responding within 24 hours (except for weekends | just take note: they are in Europe, mostly). Several times the CEO directly responded to me even. The whole operation has a very hands-on feel, from my perspective. -Competitive pricing (We actually saved quite a bit by switching to Nembol from other software solutions).
-Has an auto-sync that works for most things from Shopify which I wasn't expecting and is super cool.
-Platform/site is generally pretty intuitive and the UI is overall fairly easy to use and figure out.

-The documentation is a little lacking in some places.
-I have run into a bug or two with importing/getting all our items working (as is, we have about 1300 items, and about 10 are still having some trouble-- though, their team is working on it and I'm sure it'll get resolved).
-There are a few minor UI elements/quarks that take some getting used to.

Nembol seemed to be precisely the solution for which I've been searching, but unfortunately, they were unable to get it to work with my Amazon account. Inventory updates would sync only to, not from, Amazon. Quantity syncs resulting from orders placed on Amazon would not post back to Nembol or Shopify. They blame Amazon for the problem, but I have other third-party apps that integrate with Amazon, and there are no issues. I give them high marks for their responsiveness, but after weeks of troubleshooting and hours of effort, we came to a dead-end. They should probably reconsider touting Amazon compatibility. If they can ever resolve their Amazon bugs, I would certainly give them another try, but for now, I have to keep searching for a solution that remains elusive.

Pretty much useless. Terrible customer service takes ages for anyone to get back to you. The real problem is any order made on any channels do not get automatically fulfilled after fulfilling in shopify, you have to manually put all your tracking info in to every order on every channel. All the other inventory management systems do this automatically. I can't actually understand what you would use this for as it misses all the main basic functionality you would need.

1/30/2021 Update. While I understand the app does some pretty extensive stuff, it doesn't appear to do syncing inventory quantities well. I sell on Shopify and Etsy - that's it. Today, one sale of a single product reduced my Shopify inventory by 2. UNSAT. It could be a setting I have somewhere. No idea. I've been waiting to hear back from the Developer for several days. I just want it to sync inventories. That's it. SKUs match, should be as simple as that. Original Review. Eh.. was hoping to be able to set a different, yet specific price in Etsy vs. my Shopify prices - specifically, EXACTLY 10% above my Shopify prices. For some reason, the developers thought it would be a good idea to force rounding to the nearest .99? Why not give the user the option? When there's competition, and you want to be the lowest price, and people sort by lowest price, it all matters. The rounding to the nearest .99 cents would be a great option, and I certainly see the value in it, truly, but it should be just that - an option. :)

Hi! As for your suggestion, you can now turn on/off the automatic price rounding.

For all users: Nembol enables you to set price rules to automatically increase or decrease prices for each channel. You can change prices through a % or a fixed amount.
