Amazing product, and even better support. I cannot say enough good things about this sign customizer. It is opening up lots of growth opportunities for my website and the team is a pleasure to work with. If you're on the fence... trust me, it's a game changer. I have looked for these customization options for years and this beats all others by far... they have thought of everything and if they haven't, they are willing to work with you to get it perfect for your setup. I have spent thousands on custom designers that don't do half as much as this one does, so glad I found it!
It's a great app, but they keep changing the CSS code without telling us beforehand, breaking our custom code, which sometimes completely changes the look and layout of everything overnight, leaving us scrambling to find what changed so that we can fix it.
We have installed this app on all three of our websites: AU, US and UK. We were originally in talks with app developers to create a custom neon tool for our website. We then thankfully found this app.
We chose this app over making our own custom app because of price but more importantly, it came with the features that we really needed. Features like adjusting the placement of the text, having a wider range of sizes + custom, allowing us to add examples and customising the tool to our specific needs.
What is also really fantastic, is the customer service. We receive responses quickly. Also if it is a technical situation, the team lets us know that they can do it for us. As a small business, this is incredibly helpful.
I recently had the pleasure of using the "Neon Sign Customiser" app, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This app is an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to create personalized neon signs effortlessly.
What impressed me the most, though, was the outstanding customer support provided by the app's team. Whenever I encountered a question or had trouble with a particular feature, their support team was quick to respond and provided clear and helpful guidance. It's rare to find such dedicated and responsive customer service these days, and it made my experience with the app all the more enjoyable.

This app is an absolute game changer, it makes it easy for customers to design their own sign and the customizer is easy to set up. If you need any help, they are always there for you with personal help!
The support team, cannot fault them at all, very quick to respond and keep you up to date.
Second, the app easy to use. Small learning curve - but the onboarding they do gets you up and running.
If you are looking to increase your end-user experience this app is a winner.
Getting a bit greedy with the price, having to keep upping the price if you want more than 5 orders.
To clarify here, on our Seed plan, we allow up to 5 PAID orders PER MONTH, an order is only counted when it contains one or more products created by our app.
To make it clearer, your store could have 1000s of orders per month, but if none contain a product generated by our app, then that would not count towards the monthly quota.
Our plans since April 2024 have always had these requirements. We will do better to make this clearer throughout the plan pages.
Lastly, you underestimate the time and resources that are needed to continually update and support this app and help merchants day to day with complex requests about pricing setups and configurations tailored for specific needs. We invest a lot of time and resources into helping each merchant get set up selling custom signs, especially custom LED signs, due to the complexity of the product offerings.
Highly skilled customizer, responsive team, and support. Constantly adding new features. Open to customer feature requests.
