Nerdy Form Builder

I have been using this contact form builder for years now. It's fairly easy to set up and customize options. It has a clean look and is easy to add to website pages with the automatic or manual option. Highly recommend!

Excellent Support & Reliable App

We’ve been using Nerdy Form Builder for our store and it has worked very well. Recently, we faced an issue with the sender name not displaying correctly when using a custom SMTP. I reached out to Anton (the founder), and he provided outstanding support. He quickly made updates to the app so that our emails now display the correct sender name, which is very important for our branding and customer trust.

The app is simple, effective, and the support is fast and personal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable form builder on Shopify.

I like the way this app works and is user friendly. Unfortunatly it is not a trusted app by AVG internet security and it opens up potential malicious websites when using it. For that reason, I do not reccomend it.

We really love this app for collecting customer information on our Contact Us page and on other areas of our site.

It's easy to use and has many useful features, including Google reCAPTCHA to block bots from spamming.

The support has been excellent, and all of that, plus a very reasonable price, makes it a no-brainer. I would recommend it to anyone who has a Contact Us page or other pages where collecting any type of customer details is important.
