Netra OMS is an order verification and management dashboard for Shopify stores. It addresses cash-on-delivery returns (RTO) by letting teams assign orders to telecalling agents, verify buyer details over the phone, and confirm or cancel orders directly. Merchants can track agent activity logs, apply tags, and write internal notes on any order. Address, email, tag and cancellation changes made during a call are pushed back to Shopify.
