Its a good app and does a great job. My roles last 15+years have covered a number of complex Netsuite implementations... this app works, good people to work with, they care to help you out and make sure the solution works.

Shubham and all of the support team have been absolutely incredible! We've been looking for a reliable client to help us offer syncing services from NetSuite to Shopify, and this is by far the best tool and support team you can ask for. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robust NetSuite Integrator. From the very beginning, they failed to understand our business needs and struggled to provide solutions that aligned with our requirements.

The most frustrating part was their lack of responsiveness, even when we flagged business-critical issues that required urgent attention. Despite multiple follow-ups, our concerns were ignored, leading to serious consequences—including an HMRC audit due to incorrect data caused by their system failures.

Their poor support and lack of accountability made this one of the worst experiences we've had. I strongly do not recommend their services to any business that values accuracy, efficiency, and reliable support.

TRASH TRASH TRASH. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience the last 6 weeks. Bug after bug found. Promise after promise completely foiled. With every fix implemented comes another handful of problematic scenarios and it is exhausting to watch over the connector each day hoping and praying not another issue arises.

Today was my breaking point. After weeks of going back and forth with intermittently skipped orders, duplicate orders, and now orders just sitting in their order log for no reason with no mechanism to trigger them to come into NS, I'm done. Absolutely done. Shame on the development team to make this mess for their clients. It is obvious they make direct and impactful changes in their production code base which, if you understand how software engineering works, is terrifying for any competent customer to use.

Shivam is very helpful, and we have transitioned from Celigo due to internal issues there and we are happy we made the move. If you feel Celigo is too expensive and/or hard to deal with, give these guys a shot. I don't think you will be upset about your choice! :)

The app works as described and with some customization it is now doing exactly what we need it to do. Great tool to go in between Shopify-NetSuite.
Shivam has really gone above and beyond to get our customization work.

We use the Robust NetSuite Integrator on both of our sites to sync orders with NetSuite. This has been a game changer for us. Plus, the support is great! I highly recommend the app to save time and money if you are on NetSuite.

We've been using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app for a few months now and I'm really pleased with it.

There's a lot of configuration to ensure that it behaves exactly how you'd like it to. We've managed to work this into our normal NetSuite workflow for inventory, pricing, fulfilment and invoicing. Our ops team treat a Shopify order exactly as they would any other order and having the inventory and pricing synced from NetSuite means there's a single source of truth.

We had a few teething issues at first but a huge thanks to the support team. They are absolutely great. The chat is very responsive, during office hours we typically get a response within a few minutes. Outside of those hours we always get a response via email the next day. Requests via chat are followed up via email ensuring resolution of tickets.

We migrated from a bespoke ecom store and for context we were up and running from a fresh Shopify store to processing orders in production within 2 weeks.

I was a little concerned about the price at first (we're currently on the Max plan), however the ease of use and support more than justifies the cost. We're actually planning on upgrading the the Enterprise plan shortly.
