Netwise has been a great addition to our Shopify setup at Aperture Supply. The core product does exactly what we need, but what really sets them apart is the team behind it. Every issue or feature request we've raised has been picked up and resolved promptly — no long back-and-forth, no waiting days for a reply.

What's impressed me most is how hands-on the developers are. More than once they've jumped on a call at short notice just to talk through a problem in real time rather than leaving it to email threads. That level of responsiveness is rare, especially from a software provider, and it's made a real difference to how smoothly we've been able to run our B2B storefront.

Highly recommended if you want a product that works and a team that actually backs it up.

Netwise is an amazing app, perfect for companies like ours that are wholesalers, with different discount structures and also need to implement certain application/access boundaries in order to be in compliance with our industry standards. But the most important thing is that the Netwise team is extremely patient and understanding, and even when they don't have something immediately available to resolve your specific issue, they work on it until they make it happen. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the best!

I’ve updated my review from 1 star to reflect the overall experience with the team. They’ve been consistently responsive and supportive over time, and I genuinely appreciate how much effort Deekshith and his team have put into helping users and improving their app. Their communication and willingness to assist have been great.

However, I was recently concerned to find that a product export was initiated without my authorization from an external team related to netwise , and an email showed my store data was sent to an external address. This raised serious privacy and security concerns, so I decided to uninstall the app as a precaution, also shopify team had started an investigation on this matter.

That said, I still recognize the dedication and good intentions behind the team’s work. I hope they address this issue transparently and ensure stronger data permission controls going forward — because the app itself has potential and the support team is genuinely committed.

This app is both flexible and comprehensive, making it ideal for use with Shopify. On top of that, the support team is open-minded and committed to helping you succeed, which has been amazing. After trying and discarding three Wholesale-style apps, I found Netwise, which only had one feedback rating. Despite this, I decided to give them a chance since the other highly rated apps weren't working for me. While Shopify offers a great online platform, I needed a solid B2B and wholesale app to support all aspects of my business, from online to offline to pop-up shops, markets, fundraising and wholesale. The design and integration of this app within Shopify are just beautiful. I've been blown away by the support team's ability to quickly and easily address any concerns or issues specific to my business, and they even made small changes for me. Kudos to Netwise!
