Netwise is an amazing app, perfect for companies like ours that are wholesalers, with different discount structures and also need to implement certain application/access boundaries in order to be in compliance with our industry standards. But the most important thing is that the Netwise team is extremely patient and understanding, and even when they don't have something immediately available to resolve your specific issue, they work on it until they make it happen. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the best!

I’ve updated my review from 1 star to reflect the overall experience with the team. They’ve been consistently responsive and supportive over time, and I genuinely appreciate how much effort Deekshith and his team have put into helping users and improving their app. Their communication and willingness to assist have been great.

However, I was recently concerned to find that a product export was initiated without my authorization from an external team related to netwise , and an email showed my store data was sent to an external address. This raised serious privacy and security concerns, so I decided to uninstall the app as a precaution, also shopify team had started an investigation on this matter.

That said, I still recognize the dedication and good intentions behind the team’s work. I hope they address this issue transparently and ensure stronger data permission controls going forward — because the app itself has potential and the support team is genuinely committed.

I’ve been using the NetWise Wholesale App since its very beginning, and I can honestly say it has everything I had been looking for. It’s been a real pleasure to be part of this from the start.
