I've been a DSZ customer for many years, and only using the DSZ app for 6 months. Overall is ia good experience, simple to use and fits my needs and purpose. The app automatically reduces stock QTY to 0 if QTY reaches a certain threshold, I'd like this setting to have "1,2,3,4" options. It would be helpful if it has additional filter options like the DSZ website does, such as the ability to filter AU Free Shipping - non direct import. Overall, good and easy app to use.

This is a fantastic Application. The support is amazing, and even though the process was a bit tricky to set up on my Shopify store, the support team were there for me every step of the way. The combination of a solid Shopify Application, plus backend "Real People" support, make this the #1 shopify app for me selling products in Australia.

Fantastic app with outstanding support from the Dropshipzone team! My account manager, Vivien Liow, has been incredible, and always ready to help with solutions to make you satisfied. I have used this app for the last 6 months and with the amount of SKU's we have it certainly makes life much easier, the new fulfilment function is also awesome too. There are a few things we would like to see in the future if possible such as; Being able to push a price/margin update to all the products yourself if you decide to change the margin rather than having to do manually one at a time. Also to be able to have the choice to bring over the shipping costs table on the bulky goods into the description. All in all we love it!

The app has so far been fault free for us. We would like to see some enhancements such as the pricing rules without any restrictions (more competitive pricing would be nice!), product images with clear backgrounds (transparent png type), Products with 'Extra Shipping' cost to have the shipping cost shown on the product, currently have to go back to website to check the extra shipping cost, would be nice to see it in the App itself. Service and Support from the team is very good and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the app.

The app is useless. It cannot link my existing products which I have already imported using CSV. On top, it is confusing to use. I'd rather stay and use my macros to update stock and data rather than relying on this app. Also there is 0 support from the developer. Sent them a couple of mails but no response. Oh and did you know that Dropshipzone sells their own products on ebay and other marketplaces way below the cost price they give to the dropshippers. I wished they could play fair!

In ease of merging reseller existing product to Sofortig, we are now developing a new function in Sofortig and hope to resolve your problem
accurately.
