I have a very good experience with Nichbay. Not only are they professional, they are always available and respond incredibly quickly. What I especially noticed is how helpful they are - in particular I want to mention Rick. He always thinks along, is involved and really delivers top service. You can tell from everything that customer satisfaction is their top priority. They give you just that extra and that makes all the difference. Very satisfied!

The delivery time has been terrible. I placed my order on October 19, and it's now November 3, and I still haven't received it. I've never experienced such a delay before. You are a very risky business model for dropshippers.
We provided the estimated delivery time based on a U.S. address, but the final destination for your order is in Canada. Due to the lack of direct flights to Canada, the delivery to Canada will take a bit longer. This shipping timeframe is also the standard delivery time for addresses in Canada during the current Q4 season.
