Terrible. The products did not correspond with my shopify. I have had to deal with multiple refunds and have been delayed on my plans for a few weeks now. Nobody to talk and fix the problem just an emailer, this department and shopify should not continue to work together.
Your orders are being declined due to insufficient funds. There is nothing we can do until you have enough money to do business. There is no problem to fix. Have a nice day.
Customer service was very helpful. I'm new to print on demand and they were very prompt with their response and request for help.
All of the samples that I've ordered look fantastic and they have a very nice selection of blanks. As someone new to this their app is very easy to use and intuitive. I'm sure my customers will be as happy with the products as I am.

Been using NinjaPOD for our taekwondo school for a few months now. This app/company has made our t-shirt, sweatshirt, and jacket orders so easy. We used to do pre-orders before and now all we have to do is design the garment and that's it!
We've tried a few different POD services but nobody had the great quality that Ninja offers.
