Noibu is an excellent resource and highly recommended to gain valuable insight to your store, reavealing interesting things like rage clicks, top issues, and so much more. The AI integration is also excellent, and Kailin and his team are top notch on helping and guiding us through features and any isseus we've had.

Noibu has been huge for us. It finds bugs and errors that we would never find ourselves, fixes them, and tracks if he fixes worked. We also connected it to Klaviyo, so our abandoned-cart emails speak to the actual reason each individual shopper left instead of being one generic reminder. For a two-person team without a developer, it's been a big help. Their team always goes above and beyond, shoutout to Josh and Filip. We highly recommend Noibu.

We run a lean team, so time is everything. Noibu automatically detects errors, ranks them by revenue impact, and pinpoints the cause, clearly enough that I can fix many issues myself, very quickly. Noibu has honestly become one of the most useful tools in our Shopify stack.The biggest impact for us has been in two areas: finding errors we probably would have never caught on our own, and improving site performance. Both have had HUGE impact on conversion.

What I really like is that Noibu doesn’t just tell you something is broken. It helps you understand what’s causing the issue, recommends a fix, and can even generate the code needed to fix it. That has made a huge difference for our team because we’re not spending days trying to figure out what’s wrong before we can even start fixing it.

The site performance side has been just as big for us. In about two weeks, we were able to improve site speed across multiple pages. Anyone who has worked on Shopify knows that kind of improvement usually takes a lot more time, testing, and back and forth.

We’re now also starting to use Noibu more on the CRO side. understanding how customers are actually moving through the site, where they’re getting stuck, where they’re dropping off, and then using that data to improve the website and even help inform what we do across other marketing channels.

And I have to mention the team. They’ve been extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. It doesn’t feel like we just bought software and were left to figure it out ourselves.

Having worked with thousands of Shopify brands, previously at Shopify and now operating a Shopify business myself, I’ve seen a lot of ecommerce tools. Noibu is one of the few I genuinely think will become a core part of how a serious ecommerce team operates.
