Ting ‑ Slack Notifications

The support has fallen off a cliff.

The in-app chat says “We reply immediately”, but I messaged (and emailed) them 4 days ago and still not had a response.

When it works, the app works. But setting up new rules often requires help from them. So, without good support, the app really starts to lose it's value.

App works great so far and they offer the Pro version for free for non-profits. Appreciate the prompt customer support and easy setup.
