Ting ‑ Slack Notifications

The support has fallen off a cliff.

The in-app chat says “We reply immediately”, but I messaged (and emailed) them 4 days ago and still not had a response.

When it works, the app works. But setting up new rules often requires help from them. So, without good support, the app really starts to lose it's value.

Vimal and his team at Notify have been so helpful in making custom automations for my international fulfillment agents via Slack. This app has saved me so much time.
