The customer service is also superb. I tried their pre-order option that they introduced recently. It had several serious bugs but after I reported these they went to work and solved them very quickly. I'm a happy camper.
We have used this app for quite a while. There was a change recently that requires a pro level tier for the emails to be sent from our own hosting. We needed some help with getting the DNS nameservers set up. We sent a message through the chat along with some screenshots and we were able to get it sorted out. Appreciate the accurate and quick help.
