For the most part, the quality is good. When I had an issue with a sample, Customer Service was able to assist and the response time, when it came to a follow up, was very prompt with a resolution. The production to delivery time is longer than I anticipated so just plan to order way in advance to have product/samples in a timely fashion.

Very disappointing from a designer's perspective. Most of the products do not have extensive size choices even if there are many so-called size options, and most are "Out of Stock" and have been for months. Not impressed. I am not addressing the quality of the "merch" as the app never had enough design mojo to bother ordering samples. Also, bringing anything to the attention of customer care led to repeated and repeated emails wanting to know "How are we doing?" Not so good, try offering products that are in stock or quit bothering to offer them. And get off your "tiny people" notions of fashion, please.

J'aime beaucoup les produits de qualité. Le seul problème pour moi c'est la conversion en devise canadienne qui me laisse très peu de marge de manoeuvre pour faire un profit intéressant. Mais le fournisseur et l'application la plus intéressante.

I've recently downloaded this app and I thought I would give you my thoughts. Everything is actually quite great, obviously, and probably not unlike any of us in this field, I would like to see more product. This is not a criticism, it is simply that we're insatiable, and as a business, you can't possibly offer unlimited items. The one criticism I have that I find your prices a bit high, making it perhaps a bit difficult to generate high sales.
