We were able to install and launch the Novel Video Section & Carousel in just a few clicks—no developer needed. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to showcase UGC video in a way that feels elevated and on-brand. What really stood out was the support team: fast, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative. They worked closely with us to match the app’s styling to our exact brand guidelines, even writing custom CSS where needed. A great addition to any tech stack.
