Had really a bad experience using this app, the support team is not giving any support, we just req for the API for our mobile app which we are building through shopify only but they are not ready to give it..

I understand that you're requesting API access for your native mobile app, and I’d like to clarify once again that we do not have an API available to provide at this time.
We’ve communicated this multiple times via email and even reached out personally on WhatsApp to ensure you received our response. However, it seems our messages may not have reached you. We also noticed that someone from your team had mentioned removing the review a few days ago, but no action has been taken.
While we’re unable to provide API access, we’d still love to work together to explore alternative solutions that might help with your integration needs. If you’re open to discussing other possibilities, please let us know, we’d be happy to assist!
