Unfortunately there is zero support for this application. Was very intrigued to try it out. As collaborative ecommerce is a an amazing opportunity for small businesses on shopify but unfortunately I messages Nucreed as well as filled out their application multiple times without ever hearing back from them. We hope they can work on this in the future to improve.
