The support has been helpful and thats the one thing they do supremely well - having someone side by side to guide you along the way. Not only do they deal with all the mail, whenever we've had questions, their team has been extremely responsive and actually try to help…. not just pointing to docs, but making sure things are handled correctly. We've used a number of other solutions in the past and Numeral does extremely well with guided support

We are so grateful for Numeral. Sales tax is unbelievably difficult to manage, and Numeral automates the process while keeping me in the loop. It feels so good knowing that they are monitoring our economic nexus, updating our Shopify tax collection settings, and filing on our behalf. Just keep in mind that you still have to review your settings and monitor for changes in physical nexus that Numeral might not be aware of.

If the person we contact can’t solve our issue, they very quickly find us someone who can. They don't just send us links to countless 'help articles', we deal with actual humans on a first name basis. They have never left us ‘hanging’ with an issue.
