Oat lets customers edit their own orders after checkout. Shoppers make many mistakes during purchase: wrong address, size, one item too many, a change of heart. Each one becomes a burden to your support team. Oat puts a self-serve option on the thank-you & order status page or confirmation email so customers sort it out themselves. They can update the address, edit, add or remove items, or cancel and get refunded. Everything is customizable & approved by you; in side a edit time window you set.

• Edit window with auto-hold: orders stay editable until your cutoff, then release
