Octane has been very helpful for us and especially for our customers! It has helped them get a customized recommendation. Jamila has been such a joy to work with! She was always very prompt with her responses and quick to help whenever needed!
Pretty good app, the quiz is their main feature and works pretty well, mostly because their staff is willing to help you optimizing it.
We don't regret signing up for the Enterprise plan with Octane. very helpful support and the zero-party engine shows crazy ROI. Great integration with Klaviyo too. Also even when we were on starter/free plan Octane team offered several onboarding calls which turned out extremely helpful. Worth every single penny spent. It's also the way forward for future marketing overall so I'm sure in a matter of months Octane will be a mainstream marketing app for Shopify just like Klaviyo or ReCharge. Cheers team.

Hands down the best messenger platform app. Feature-rich, top notch customer support, great front-end interface, and it seems they're constantly working to expand features. Do yourself a favor and switch over from whatever you're using.

I have been able to build a subscription box service with octane, the support from their team is incredible - quick response, I shared my idea with Ivana and Mark and they gave me suggestions on how to proceed + which integrations would be useful. The quiz feature is the biggest contributor to my sales, this is a must have for a new business! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This product is a new sensation for e-com conversion. Incredibly easy to setup and requires no real management. The conversions are 2-3 times higher than we've seen in the past on our platform and a no-brainer for any of our future installs. Job well done.
