After relying on ineffective email marketing for years, I decided to make the move over to messenger marketing. My expectations were completely shattered within the first few weeks. Octane AI has allowed me to amass tens of thousands of followers that I can have impactful and meaningful conversations with that provide both them and myself value. In addition to being able to instantly communicate with your most loyal fans/customers, Octane's integration with Shopify has boosted revenue for one of the best quarters I've ever had. Octane's abandoned cart messages is one of my favorite features! Lastly, Octane's customer service is beyond great. I know that if I ever have a question, I can expect an answer or a tutorial within a few hours. All in all, Octane AI is absolutely THE BEST APP ON THE SHOPIFY APP STORE. PERIOD. I could not recommend it more!

Octane Ai is a super powerful tool on so many levels. If you are after the personalization of your customer's experience as well as a way to optimize your overall marketing stack this is the platform for you.

So far, this app seems amazing. I'm still new to it, but it seems like a great, comprehensive solution to Messenger and I LOVE how many different ways there are of acquiring new leads and the customizability. I'm looking forward to trying it with SMS marketing and upgrading to their paid plan. The interface is awesome and easy to work with and support is great. Also the tutorial videos are extensive and extremely well put-together. 100% recommend.

Straight off the bat, and before I even completed the trial this app has recovered nearly $4k of revenue at full margin. FB Messenger marketing and figuring out how the subscribers, rules and nuances work is definitely a learning curve, but what isn't?!

Once you get your head around it, you'll be miles ahead of the competition. Our first ad was picking up subscribers at 7 cents per user and this will be a major focus for us now.

Support from Matt has been great, including pre-built flows and ideas for content and in chat support that helped my understand the whole relationship and rules around Interactions, Subscriber and Promotions / Broadcasts and how that affects your total list.

This is also one of the only Bots that allows you to do abandoned carts, and also one of the only ones that integrate with Klaviyo.

This is a MUST HAVE app, We improve conversion rate and we just match the same ideas we use on emails on Octane and that wors simply great. Very easy to use and if you want to go more challenging the support team is great. A big shout-out to our Account Manager Marina Perez
