Since we added OctaneAI's Messenger platform, we have seen large sales increases and tons of great engagement on the Facebook platform as a whole. We also recently implemented their new Quiz feature, which has driven in a ton of revenue since launch just a few weeks ago. Wow, this app is amazing. Came for the quiz function - stayed for the boat loads of other features and prompt customer service. Hats off to Brandon our Customer Success Specialist that helped us with this awesome app.
I can't rate the Octane app highly enough. We have seen a massive bump in our opt ins, and I really feel it helps our customers to feel more in-the-loop with our store. The support from Octane is also excellent, and any tweaks I have needed to make have been actioned promptly and efficiently!
The support in configuration of the quiz and making adjustments post-launch was great. Jamila has been very supportive and responsive throughout the process. However it WOULD be great if in the future we could use Shopify tags to dynamically update the results that populate as opposed to making manual updates to the quiz as we release new product.
Love this app...my customers love using them to get the best recommendations to pick their lashes. I would highly recommend
Octane is a great app to automate my shop flow, and able to help me directly with products recommendation. The integration with Klaviyo is the best in its categories in my opinion. We've been using Octane's Enterprise plan for 6 months and it has been worth every penny. We have an account manager, Valentina, who is amazing. She's very helpful and always brings new ideas to improve our ROI. Abandoned cart flows, Sponsored Messages, Click to Messenger ads, always bring in high ROAS. The tool is great and easy to use and would highly recommend it.
Love the innovation that Octane brings to Shopify and DTC in general. Not only is the suite of features in the app been great, their team is A++++ They are always looking for ways to bring value beyond the app and we are grateful for that.
