I had a technical issue and Offerly not only replied right away, they worked with me to get a custom solution to the problem. The Make an Offer button has also been working great. Highly recommend them.

Not only is this a terrific app but the customer service is AMAZING!!! I downloaded the app and immediately emailed support for help and I received a reply in less than 5 minutes! The support team was so accomodating and even customized the app by adding a feature to it just for me and they did it fast! Outstanding app and outstanding customer service! Great app With no fees (only 1% about what you sell). This is really honest and the app is great! Cause you have the opportunity to trade the price with the customers improving the conversions!
Offerly is the perfect solution for our online store. We are able to provide a discount based on a percentage. And, the emails are pre populated which makes it so easy to set up. The best part is the real-time interaction with the customer. The customer clicks the 'make an offer' button, I have already set the discount threshold to 10% (as an example) and the customer makes an offer that is 15% off. In seconds the customer sees the discounted price with a link that takes them to the cart. And, there is email follow up, with the link, so they might come back. I have tried other apps - this is the best if you want to offer a discount and not get stuck in negotiations. Highly recommend! The customer support is incredibly fast and helpful, too.
We were using another previously, but unfortunately, they did not support it anymore. We really appreciate the communication with Offerly, especially about potential new features. They are very responsive and implemented a feature within a week to match the competition. The support seems to work perfectly with development. Regarding the app, it is super simple to integrate, with no need for extra customization to be ready to use. We love it!

The app works well and has increased our sales by allowing potential buyers to make an offer on our products (antiques and collectibles). I was using another app previously and feel that Offerly works as well and charges significantly lower fees.
During the setup I experienced a problem due to some edits I did to several java scripts that were suggested by others to increase speed. A customer service rep reviewed what might be causing the errors and fixed them free of additional charge. That is great service and I really appreciated it.
